That’s the beta version of Heather Thomas, ankle deep in her uncle's vineyard in Exeter, CA. Home back then was a 50-acre citrus ranch in the San Joaquin Valley. As a teenager, she worked in the orange orchards and cleaned irrigation lines. After high school Heather received a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Redlands and a post graduate degree in Marketing from FIDM in Los Angeles. For 11 years, she and her husband owned Two Cooks Catering in San Luis Obispo. During that period, Heather began working part time with the Vineyard Team. Today, she’s Membership Coordinator & Program Support. Outside the office walls, Heather is a food blogger, chef and author of the cookbook titled “Quick Bites.” Lately her focus has been on allergy-safe foods. Heather has a husband (chef and hobby fisherman), daughter (talented artist), two cats and a dog (no biographical information provided).
