RESTAURANT AND PRODUCER PARTICIPATION INVITATION
You are invited to participate at our second annual Earth Day Food & Wine Festival organized by the Central Coast Vineyard Team (CCVT). This unique event will be promoted nationally and will highlight sustainably produced food and wines. Your company will be recognized in select print, television and electronic promotions, in addition to the event program and website.
The Central Coast Vineyard Team is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to sustainable winegrowing. Proceeds from this event will support sustainable ag research, in addition to farmworker outreach.
We anticipate approximately 500 attendees and 30 participating wineries.
RESTAURANTS Showcase Restaurant: Provide a dish for 300 people, include staff (alternative staffing options are available) and preparation time – you will receive 2 tickets to the event, a 1/4 page ad in the event program and hotlink on the event website. A 6’ table, chairs, linens, cover, ice, plates, utensils and signage are provided. We ask that you provide serving and heating dishes, prep materials, napkins, table decorations and promotional materials.
PRODUCERS Showcase Producer: Donate ingredients for 300 servings/tastes (a $500 value) – you will receive 2 tickets to the event, a 1/4 page ad in the event program and hotlink on the event website.
