The conservation of water at every stage of the wine production process is a cornerstone of sustainable practices at any winery. The meeting will begin with an opportunity to perform a self-assessment of your winery water conservation and quality practices using the SIP Certified Winery Standard. Following the self-assessment, attendees are invited to tour the Niner Wine Estates facility where their practices can be seen firsthand. This is a great opportunity to talk about water conservation and quality with people who face the same challenges.
