Ag Order Requirements Informational Meeting
Water Board staff will be presenting information to help explain the requirements of the Agricultural Order, which became effective March 15, 2012 (Agricultural Waiver for Irrigated Lands #R3-2012-0011).
Staff will present an overview of the general requirements; timeframes; Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 requirements; and a Q&A Session. Note: Staff will also be available to help growers submit and/or review the eNOI form.
