Schedule & Policies

• Companies should be prepared to submit a statement of eligibility demonstrating their company's fit with the Three P's of Sustainability.
• Exhibitor booth fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2011.
• Exhibit Hall will open for set up on Sunday, November 13th at 2:00 p.m.  Booths must be set up no later than 5:00 p.m.
• Exhibitors take down is allowed on Tuesday, November 15th between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. or after 5:00 p.m.
• Exhibitors must make shipping arrangements directly with the Paso Robles Event Center; event organizers will not accept shipments.
• Booths must fit within the guidelines and must not block the visibility of neighboring booths.
• Exhibitors are responsible for all damages, theft or loss to their displays and/or products.
• Exhibitors must abide by all parking, loading and unloading regulations at the Paso Robles Event Center.
