2016 Vineyard Team Scholarship Accepting Applications

The Vineyard Team is pleased to announce educational scholarships available to 2016 graduating high school seniors and currently enrolled college students. Students whose parent(s) or guardian(s) are vineyard workers, employed, or contracted by a member of the Vineyard Team are invited to apply. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic excellence and financial need. Awards will range from $500 - $2,500 per student. The number of scholarships awarded will be based on fund availability.

The Vineyard Team is a 501(c)3 non-profit grower-group dedicated to sustainable winegrowing since 1994. For over 20 years, we have built a network of 300 local farmers, educating and guiding towards sustainable vineyard practices. We strive to protect both natural and human resources, and this scholarship represents our strong commitment to the people part of sustainability.

Interested candidates should email kyle@vineyardteam.org with their intent to apply by February 20th.

To apply for the Vineyard Team Educational Scholarship, your personal statement, copy of your current high school or college transcript, SAT scores, and letter of recommendation must be attached to the application to be considered. All applications must be received no later than Friday, March 4, 2016.
