Member Benefits
In 2013, we are pleased to announce new member benefits as we partner with Pan American Insurance and Farm Employers Labor Service. Vineyard Team members will receive a 10% discount on workers compensation insurance and a negotiated discount on group medical insurance. Members will be able to participate in the FELS Wage & Benefit survey and have access to regionally specific results. And we added Spanish and English safety training (ATV and forklift certification) to the 2013 calendar.
