Self-assessment is an important tool for any vineyard opperation. Involvement enables growers to identify areas of management that are weak or need attention. Similarly, it identifies areas of management that successfully utilize sustainable approaches. Self-Assessment also allows growers to document changes in practices used over time.

The self-assessment program uses the Sustainability in Practice, or SIP, Vineyard Certification Standards that have been formated specifically for self-assessment. Replacing the popular Positive Points System, this document includes additional content amd has been peer reviewed by over 300 governmental, environmental, social, agricultural, and academic representatives.

Free for CCVT Members and $25.00 for non-members.
